Overview
Own the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-release support.
- Write clear PRDs, maintain a prioritized backlog, and coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Conduct client interviews and gather feedback to improve the product.
- Analyze product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn) and iterate accordingly.
- Support sales and account teams with product expertise and onboarding.
- Present product updates and demos to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality features with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred
- Experience with trading platforms, payment systems, or brokerage operations (FX / Crypto).
- Knowledge of KYC / AML processes and client onboarding flows.
- Experience scaling a product from MVP to enterprise-level.
- Familiarity with API integrations.
- Russian proficiency is a plus.
