The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You’ll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. As a Design System Specialist, you will develop the tools, components, documentation and workflows that enable designers and engineers to deliver world-class experiences. You’ll also champion the design system and work closely with product teams to support its adoption and effective use. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Own the End-to-End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
• Think System: You understand the importance of consistency and the value of building solutions systematically.
• Be an Expert: You have a strong grasp of technical details and can collaborate effectively with Design System engineers. You’re able to establish an efficient governance process to guide the long-term evolution of the design system and manage contributions from other designers.
• Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Flex your business acumen: Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
• Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them.
• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered).
• Exceptional UI Design Skills: A keen eye for pixel-perfect design, layout and typography.
• Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity.
• Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles.
• Project Management Skills: Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines.
