Job summary

A leading attraction management company in the UAE is seeking a PRO Executive to oversee government relations including visas, Emirates IDs, and trade licenses. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with UAE immigration and labour regulations, along with strong Arabic and English skills. You will ensure compliance and maintain documentation, working collaboratively with HR and legal teams. The role is essential for enhancing the operational efficiency of the company.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of UAE experience dealing with Immigration, Labour, and government entities.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written), good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration, and licensing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end government relations processes including visas and Emirates IDs.
  • Submit, collect, and follow up on employment and business visas.
  • Coordinate with HR on visa processing and medical test scheduling.
