Qualifications

• University degree in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent).
• Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy.
• Good judgment and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate.
• Manage account opening/onboarding process with onboarding officer.
• Support Bankers with updating account documentation and authorities.
• Help with business and banker projects and strategies.
• Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting.
