An established Swiss private banking platform is selectively strengthening its front-office presence in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Private Banker to support continued growth.

The role is suited to an origination‑led banker who values autonomy, long‑term client ownership, and a transparent, performance‑led environment, with access to a Swiss booking centre.

Role Overview

• Build, own, and develop a high‑quality UHNW / HNW client portfolio, with responsibility for client acquisition, asset growth, and long‑term relationship stewardship
• Originate new client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and regional and international connectivity
• Deliver tailored investment, advisory, and credit solutions across an open‑architecture Swiss private banking platform
• Operate within a coverage model designed to support long‑term client franchise ownership and continuity
• Maintain the highest standards of governance, confidentiality, and conduct, consistent with Swiss private banking principles

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management within a Swiss or international booking environment
• Currently operating in a front‑office capacity with responsibility for a substantial, profitable client franchise (self‑acquired track record strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop long‑term client relationships with a disciplined, client‑first advisory approach
• Strong capability across advisory and discretionary mandates, supported by a solid understanding of credit and bespoke solutions
• Experience advising internationally mobile UHNW / HNW clients; cross‑border exposure strongly preferred
• English fluency required; additional languages advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high personal accountability, aligned to a transparent, contribution‑led and conduct‑sensitive performance culture
