Responsibilities
Your deliverables as a Principal Project Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and drive the development of the project intake process, including defining scope, schedule, and cost.
- Define the goals and objectives of specific projects and establish individual team members' roles and responsibilities for the duration of the project.
- Manage multiple mid to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Oversee daily and weekly project team assignments and monitor progress against the work plan to ensure objectives are met within the prescribed time, cost, and quality measures.
- Identify potential project changes, analyze their impact, and facilitate change control processes for approval or disapproval.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing project budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Continuously identify, qualify, and track risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, assign appropriate resources, and communicate project status effectively.
- Identify resource requirements and communicate these needs promptly to ensure proper staffing with skilled resources.
- Identify internal and external stakeholders, understand their communication needs, and fulfill those requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 15+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience.
- Fluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred.
- Experience with customer-facing projects, not internal projects.
- Experience assisting project management teams with identifying action items, tasks, activities, and tracking progress.
- Experience in defining, implementing, and improving standards, processes, and procedures using industry best practices (e.g., PMI, CMMI).
- Experience in developing project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
