Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable secretary in CANADA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing incoming calls and emails, organizing meetings and appointments, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent organizational skills. The candidate should be able to work independently without constant supervision in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of computers is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from clients; take messages where appropriate
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments; take notes during meetings; maintain accurate records of cruise ship activity
  • Ensure that relevant documents are available when needed; create documents when necessary
  • Provide general clerical support when needed
