Overview

The role involves creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where pupils develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for academic success and personal growth. Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, creative, and differentiated lessons for primary-aged students.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to motivate and challenge students.
  • Assess, record, and report on students’ progress regularly and accurately.
  • Differentiate instruction to support students with varying needs, including EAL and SEND learners.
  • Use data to inform teaching practices and provide targeted support.
  • Foster a positive classroom climate of respect, encouragement, and high expectations.
  • Assess students’ learning on a lesson-by-lesson basis, using assessment data to set targets and track progress.
  • Uphold the school’s teaching and learning expectations as guided by the School’s Policy.

Qualifications
