Qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing & Operations Executive with strong NVOCC and freight forwarding background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pricing, coordinating operational activities, and supporting smooth container and shipment movement while ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage NVOCC pricing for import, export, and cross-trade shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and partners for competitive rates
• Handle operational follow-ups for bookings, container movement, and documentation
• Manage vessel schedules, container availability, and rotation
• Liaise with sales team to support quotations and customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company SOPs
• Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Pricing & Operations within NVOCC / Freight Forwarding
• Strong knowledge of shipping lines, tariffs, and container operations
• Experience in UAE logistics market is mandatory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
