A newly established government organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an administrator to oversee all activities related to the President's Office. This includes managing the President's schedule, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the President's daily schedule and commitments.
  • Supervise and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, official visits, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with organizational units to implement the President's instructions.
  • Prepare official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing relevant updates to the President.
  • Maintain and retrieve records, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Provide advisory support on administrative and strategic matters.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned within the scope of work.

About the Role

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative support activities related to the President’s Office, ensuring full compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and protocols. This includes managing the President’s schedule, handling official and confidential correspondence, organizing meetings and visits, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to implement the President’s directives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the President’s daily schedule and commitments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including confidential documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, official visits, travel arrangements, and accommodation in line with established protocols.
  • Communicate with organizational units to ensure proper execution of the President’s instructions and institutional priorities.
  • Prepare official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries, prioritize communications, and provide relevant updates to the President.
  • Maintain and retrieve records, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Provide advisory support to the President on administrative, strategic, financial, and quality-related matters, and contribute to crisis management efforts when required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned within the scope of work.
