Qualifications

• At least four years’ experience in an upscale hotel / equivalent environment as a Concierge.
• Passion for coffee and coffee artistry.
• At least one year’s supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Building guest relationships through swift, professional service.
• Collating expert local knowledge of events and restaurants.
• Resolving guest issues and using feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Delegating duties to the team while setting exceptional standards.
• Leading as a brand ambassador for the hotel.

Skills

Communication and customer service skills

Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment

Knowledge of hot and cold beverage recipes

Ability to work under pressure
