Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star international environment.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and direction to colleagues ensuring high service levels.
• Handle guest complaints as per policy.
• Ensure restaurant set up meets standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Understand food and beverage items offered, including preparation and service.
• Utilize computer systems for check processing and reporting.
