Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of post-degree relevant experience in pre-contract and commercial management.
• Consultant and/or client-side experience of at least 4 years.
• Sector experience in hospitality, residential buildings, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee feasibility, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning.
• Lead preparation of Bills of Quantities and Pre-Tender Estimates.
• Manage tender processes and commercial negotiations.
