Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into insightful visualizations and data models that deliver measurable value.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and performance of Power BI solutions by implementing best practices in data modeling and DAX.
• Integrate Power BI with data sources including Azure Data Lake Databricks SQL databases and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business users data engineers and data scientists to enable data accessibility and drive self-service BI adoption.
• Monitor report usage and performance providing recommendations for optimization and training where required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in BI development data analysis or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop Power BI Service and Power Query (M).
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques star/snowflake schemas and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience working with data from Azure Databricks Azure SQL Data Factory and other cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL and working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
