Overview

We are looking for a Podcast Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our podcast programs, ensuring seamless coordination between guests, production, platforms, and content distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Management & Scheduling: Reach out to potential guests, manage invitations, and coordinate prep calls. Organize and confirm recording/shooting schedules.
  • Podcast Platforms Management: Oversee publishing and performance tracking across audio platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
  • Team Coordination & Material Flow: Handle material flow between production, editing, and publishing teams. Ensure all content is properly sorted, archived, and accessible.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Create and post description content across social platforms. Help with editing podcast content into short reels/clips tailored for relevance and audience engagement. Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Business Development: Support sales in preparing and participating in client meetings to promote and sell the company’s products and services. Contribute to business development efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and helping expand the company’s market presence.
  • Experience & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the podcast, media, or advertising industry. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns. Strong understanding of podcast production, YouTube distribution, and monetization models. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present insights to clients. Experience working in a remote environment and managing projects virtually. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with project management and CRM tools. A passion for podcasts and digital media.
