Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or similar tools) and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This involves managing project progress, handling risks, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with DQ’s strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Tracking & Monitoring: Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with plans and timelines.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Prepare and share weekly status reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility for stakeholders and management.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including requirement logs, risk registers, and issue trackers.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and updates between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Support identification, tracking, and escalation of risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
