Overview

PMC Lead - Stormwater Network Improvement Projects — Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced PMC Lead to oversee Project Managers and ensure excellence in governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement. We are delivering a major program to improve stormwater networks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide multiple project teams and Project Managers across various stormwater network improvement projects.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with DMT’s objectives, technical standards, and schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Drive consistency in project controls, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Support resolution of high-level project issues and risks, providing senior-level guidance and decision-making.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical, contractual, and delivery-related challenges.
  • Lead program-level reporting, tracking KPIs, and presenting progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication with DMT and internal leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize delivery schedules, and enhance performance across the portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with 10+ years in PMC leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale municipal infrastructure or stormwater / drainage projects.
