Overview

Plant Operator - LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi (Pre-Opening) (HOT0BW35). Opening soon along the tranquil mangrove waterfront, LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi will be a one-of-a-kind luxury destination under Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts collection. Joining the pre-opening team means helping to shape the hotel’s engineering excellence and ensuring all systems are operating flawlessly from day one.

Location: LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi, Al Salam Street - Al Kheeran Eastern Mangroves District, UAE

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all plant equipment, including chillers, pumps, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Hilton standards and local regulations.
• Record operating parameters, analyze performance, and report irregularities promptly.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and ensure compliance with Hilton’s LightStay sustainability program.
• Assist the engineering team with daily operations, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment rooms and plant areas are well-maintained, clean, and hazard-free.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or large-scale facilities.
• Technical knowledge of central plant equipment and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and operating parameters.
