Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain Level 1–Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, BOQ, resources, and contractual milestones.
- Identify and monitor the critical path, near critical activities, and schedule risks.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and compare against baseline and look‑ahead plans.
- Prepare S‑curves, dashboards, productivity reports, and earned value analysis (EVA).
- Conduct CCPM buffer monitoring and support recovery planning.
- Perform resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials; execute resource levelling.
- Forecast resource requirements and identify productivity gaps with site teams.
- Conduct delay analysis using window analysis, impacted methods.
- Support delay claim preparation, EOT requests, and documentation of delay drivers.
- Assess schedule impact of scope changes, design revisions, procurement delays, and site constraints.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors for schedule alignment.
- Participate in internal and client progress review meetings and present schedule performance.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, comparing budget vs actual, and preparing cash‑flow forecasts.
- Maintain schedule version control, update logs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare structured, timely progress reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure planning documents, assumptions, and constraints are clearly recorded and traceable.
- Integrate schedule updates with ERP systems and develop Excel‑based trackers and analytics.
- Analyse productivity trends, KPIs, and variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Demonstrate ownership through proactive risk identification, early warnings, and solution‑driven behaviour.
- Support preparation of as‑built schedules, closeout documentation, and DLP planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ Years in Project planning, with at least 2 Years in Water Industry.
- Required Qualification: BE Mechanical or Civil.
- Tools/Technologies: Primavera P6 proficiency, Excel proficiency, and ERP hands‑on.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: 6,000 – 7,000 AED per month.
