A leading engineering firm in Dubai seeks a skilled inspector to monitor piping and welding activities ensuring conformity to standards including SHELL DEP and ADNOC protocols. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in oil & gas inspection. Responsibilities include inspecting welds, verifying qualifications, and preparing detailed reports. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of oil & gas inspection experience required.
  • Experience with international codes and standards preferred.
  • Certified welding inspection (e.g. CSWIP, AWS) is a plus.
