Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations or terminal management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

• Strong understanding of terminal operations, safety standards, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all terminal operations are conducted safely and efficiently, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast volumes for retail and commercial operations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the tendering process for procurement of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for favorable terms and conditions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on operational goals.
• Engage external stakeholders to facilitate operations and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate equipment and vehicle utilization.
• Manage HDD and operator tasks, including awareness training.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
