Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to Director to support our executive team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, with frequent business travel. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese and English, detail-oriented, and experienced in executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day on-site support to executives, including during business trips.
  • Plan and arrange travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries).
  • Provide on-site translation and interpretation (Chinese ↔️ English).
  • Track and follow up on executive tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate personal and logistical support services as required.
  • Assist during business trips and official events (e.g., luggage preparation, on-ground support).
Skills

Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written), preferably Malaysian or Taiwanese. Excellent time management and ability to handle pressure. Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and independence. Prior experience in travel planning and multi-task coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a high-level Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
