The Role
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and others.
- Prepare, submit, and track all required documentation for project approvals, NOCs, permits, and inspections.
- Monitor and interpret local authority regulations, ensuring company practices remain compliant with the latest updates.
- Utilize digital platforms (MePS, e-Services, etc.) to process online applications and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of submission timelines, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate internally with design, engineering, and project teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority-related queries.
- Anticipate potential regulatory issues and proactively resolve delays or non-compliance risks.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of proven UAE experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Abu Dhabi-based projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local authority requirements, codes, and digital submission platforms.
- Proficient in using MePS, e-Services, and various UAE government portals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple submission cycles simultaneously.
