ANT is a Dubai-based G+12 licensed consultancy, operating within the domains of Engineering and Architecture. The office is currently involved in several ventures throughout UAE and India. Having worked for more than a decade on an assortment of projects ranging from single-unit homes to large hotels and shopping complexes, we have evolved into a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary firm, with demonstrated ability to offer innovative and economical design services.

The Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and others.
  • Prepare, submit, and track all required documentation for project approvals, NOCs, permits, and inspections.
  • Monitor and interpret local authority regulations, ensuring company practices remain compliant with the latest updates.
  • Utilize digital platforms (MePS, e-Services, etc.) to process online applications and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of submission timelines, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate internally with design, engineering, and project teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority-related queries.
  • Anticipate potential regulatory issues and proactively resolve delays or non-compliance risks.
Ideal Profile
  • 3–5 years of proven UAE experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Abu Dhabi-based projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local authority requirements, codes, and digital submission platforms.
  • Proficient in using MePS, e-Services, and various UAE government portals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple submission cycles simultaneously.
