The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the desired audience.
  • Develop and test ad creatives to maximise engagement and click-through rates.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide regular performance reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
