Job Description :

We are recruiting a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Production Leader for a permanent position with a major defense group. The candidate will manage production floor in order to deliver Quality products, On-Time in a Cost-Effective manner.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and supervise PCBA production floor activities, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and team development.
  • Translate management objectives into effective shop-floor execution and ensure daily operational alignment.
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust daily production activities to meet delivery, capacity, and quality targets.
  • Ensure production and quality KPIs are achieved; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Oversee PCBA processes, equipment readiness, and compliance with work instructions and IPC Class 3 requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, automation, and digital traceability solutions.
  • Coordinate with planning, supply chain, procurement, and stores to mitigate material shortages and production downtime.
  • Ensure product conformity to customer, regulatory, safety, and HSE requirements while enforcing 5S and company policies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through SOPs, process validation, and on-the-job training.
  • Provide manufacturability feedback to engineering and ensure equipment readiness in coordination with maintenance and OEMs.
Profile / Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics
  • Minimum 5 years of progress experience in a PCB Assembly manufacturing environment
  • Relevant IPC Certification
  • Capacity to lead a team and develop the team
  • Good level of English
