Job summary

An established engineering construction firm is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll processing, WPS preparation, and reconciliation tasks. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, have 10-15 years of payroll experience, including 5 years in the UAE, and be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. This important role will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance while handling employee settlements and financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in payroll.
• At least 5 years of experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and upload timesheets.
• Process payroll accurately.
• Prepare WPS files per bank requirements.
• Reconcile payroll data with bank statements.
• Conduct monthly pension reconciliation.
• Prepare employee leave and final settlements.
• Create AP invoices and process payments.
• Post payroll-related entries in the general ledger.

• Payroll Processing
• Prepare WPS (Wage Protection System) files according to the bank’s requirements
• Reconcile payroll data with bank statements, employee records, and other relevant accounts.
• Monthly Pension Reconciliation and Compliance
• Prepare Employees leave and final Settlements
• Creating AP Invoices and Processing Payments
• Post payroll-related entries in the general ledger

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in payroll, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE
