As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your exceptional pastry skills and be a crucial part of the team responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting in menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in every aspect of pastry production. Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing and innovative presentations is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working as a Pastry Sous Chef in high-end establishments or luxury hotels. A strong foundation in classic pastry techniques, as well as knowledge of modern trends and techniques, is essential.

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in high-end establishments or luxury hotels
  • Experience in supervising and leading a pastry team
  • Specialization in pastry and desserts
  • Strong knowledge of classic pastry techniques and modern trends
  • Experience in catering to VIP clients or working in prestigious environments is highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and innovative presentations
  • Ability to work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and effectively communicate with the culinary team
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be locally available in UAE
  • Must be willing to undergo 1 day trial

The salary is 10,000-12,000 AED plus other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
