Qualifications

  • Over five years of pastry experience in a five-star international hotel, including two years in a senior pastry leadership role.
  • Completed pastry-focused chef training or apprenticeship of at least one year.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and high attention to detail in line with pastry quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and supervises pastry kitchen staff, ensuring culinary standards.
  • Develops menus and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Oversees daily food production and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manages service operations, ensuring consistent execution of culinary standards.
  • Conducts staff training on equipment usage and hygiene practices.
  • Maintains operational documentation and administrative controls.
