A leading luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to assist in maintaining high food and pastry standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in baking and decorating while leading staff in pastry preparation. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef, Pastry, or Pastry Chef in an international luxury hotel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

  • Assist in maintaining and improving pastry standards.
  • Demonstrate baking and decorating skills while leading staff.
  • Develop daily specials and ensure proper inventory planning.
  • Ensure food safety standards and proper equipment maintenance.
