Job summary

A leading engineering company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Workshop Representative to manage the timely supply of mechanical and electronics spare parts. The role includes leading a team, sourcing parts, and implementing effective inventory management strategies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical production-related role, ideally in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must be flexible with work hours & timings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective parts management strategies.
• Lead and manage a team of parts coordinators.
