Yalla Textiles is a purpose-driven company based in Dubai, focused on reducing textile waste and promoting sustainable fashion practices. We collect, sort, and redistribute unwanted clothing through a growing network of clothing banks and recycling partnerships. Our work supports environmental goals while creating opportunities for social impact through charitable donations and community engagement.

With a strong foundation in textile logistics and a growing presence in the UAE, we are expanding our reach into new markets and sectors—including retail, hospitality, and government. Our mission is to make textile recycling accessible, impactful, and commercially viable.

We are looking for a strategic and energetic Head of Sales / Business Development Executive to lead our growth efforts. This role will focus on building commercial partnerships, expanding our clothing bank network, and developing new revenue streams through B2B and B2G channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify and secure partnerships with municipalities, retail chains, hospitality groups, and sustainability-focused organizations
  • Lead outreach to charities, NGOs, and CSR departments to build donation and reuse programs
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Represent Yalla Textiles at industry events, sustainability forums, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Track KPIs, manage pipeline reporting, and forecast revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience in sustainability, recycling, textiles, or logistics is a plus
  • Familiarity with CSR, ESG, or charitable giving programs is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong network across government, retail, or environmental sectors in the UAE/GCC
  • UAE driving license preferred
