What to include
- Portfolio or folder with past strategic brand work
- One campaign you led (with results or visuals)
- Sample of platform strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative direction sample (brand voice, moodboard, etc.)
- One example of how your strategy helped a brand go from flat to standout
Tasks
- Audit our existing brand presence across social and paid media
- Propose updated content direction : voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends
- Identify strategic gaps in storytelling or engagement and provide actionable solutions
- Collaborate with internal content and ad teams to align messaging
- Share competitor and market insights (Dubai & US focused)
- Contribute to campaign direction and creative briefing (not day-to-day content creation)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy (not posting)
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai and US beauty / lifestyle markets
- Past work with DTC brands in beauty, wellness, or fashion
- Strong understanding of hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and positioning
- Able to submit real past work : brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.
- Bonus : Available in Dubai for occasional strategy sessions (not mandatory)
