  • Regional Communication: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders across all GCC countries.

  • Proposals & Valuations: Prepare and customize commercial proposals and price quotes directly in Arabic.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on regional trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes in key GCC markets.
  • Cultural Support: Assist the European team with "cultural checks" and translation of project documentation.
  • Local Representation: Attend occasional in‑person client meetings or deliver portfolios in major GCC cities (on a pre‑approved, as‑needed basis).
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Residency: Must currently live in a GCC country with a valid residency permit.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the high‑end real estate and business landscape across the GCC region.
