Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Estimator on a part-time, per-project basis only.

Important: This is not a full-time role. Payment is made per project, post submission of quotation and up to two revisions.

Projects range from 1–3 bedroom apartment renovations to large-scale G+20 hotels and apartment buildings. Each project requires two quotations:

• Standard Quotation (as per specifications)
• Value-Engineered Quotation (cost-optimized alternatives)

Skills

Compensation:

• AED 450–750 per project (depending on size & complexity)
• +10% bonus for submissions delivered ahead of agreed timelines

Additional Terms:

• A Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) will be signed. All shared project details, drawings, and pricing information must remain strictly confidential.
• Quotations must be submitted within agreed deadlines (typically starting from Monday, 18 August 2025).
• Professionalism, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

Requirements:
