As a renowned leader in the mattress industry we are committed to delivering superior sleep solutions to clients across the MENA this role you will leverage your exceptional sales skills to drive business growth through engaging with customers understanding their needs and presenting our high-quality mattress products effectively. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market footprint and enhancing our customer relationships embodying the Sealy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to attract new clients and increase sales volume.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for promotional strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales preferably within the home furniture or bedding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-starter with a motivated approach to achieving goals.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
  • High school diploma required; degree in business marketing or related field is advantageous.
