Job summary

A major government contractor in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Oracle CRM Program Manager to lead a large-scale CRM transformation. This on-site role involves driving complex project delivery across stakeholder teams in the energy and utilities sector. Ideal candidates will have 6–12 years of program management experience, strong Oracle CRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This project starts February 1st and is expected to last 6–18 months.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering Oracle CRM initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle program methodologies and CRM deployment approaches.
• Comfortable working with multi-vendor and government stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CRM program.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle-recommended program management methodologies.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams with business teams and Oracle SI partners.
• Own program governance including planning and scheduling.
• Define clear delivery plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
