Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to lead the ERPNext implementation and optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project management within tech-enabled businesses, possess strong process improvement skills, and be fluent in English. Experience with ERP systems like ERPNext, Odoo, or SAP is essential. This role involves strategic execution and providing insights through KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in operations/project management in tech-enabled or service businesses.
  • Experience with ERP implementation such as ERPNext, Odoo, or SAP.
  • Strong background in process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERPNext rollout and ensure its adoption.
  • Streamline operations by creating SOPs and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERPNext rollout and adoption, coordinating with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Standardize and optimize operations, create SOPs, and implement process improvements
  • Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to the Founder
  • Support the Founder in project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution
Ideal Candidate
  • 5–8+ years in operations/project management in tech‑enabled or service businesses
  • ERP implementation experience (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, highly organized
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
