As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with specific experience in the scaffolding rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing inventory, handling client communications, and processing accurate and timely invoicing. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our projects from dispatch to delivery and return.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Administration:

  • Generate accurate and detailed invoices based on rental agreements, timesheets, and purchase orders.
  • Track rental periods, calculate charges, and process billing in a timely manner.
  • Handle client queries related to invoices and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in accounts receivable follow-ups and payment collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, client interactions, and operational data.

Client Relations:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and efficient service.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be currently located in the UAE and ready to work in Abu Dhabi.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an operations and invoicing role, specifically within a scaffolding rental company in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding equipment (types, parts, usage) is essential.
  • Proven experience with invoicing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Multi-lingual proficiency is highly preferred (e.g., English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog). Excellent command of English is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning numbers and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
