Open positions:

1. A) Project Control & Planning Engineer
2. Diploma / Degree (BSc Level) in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical preferred)
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in Project management of Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical.
4. Proficiency in the use of PCs, data management and planning software for oil and gas projects.
5. Experience in primavera P6 planning is a must
6. Shall have ability and experience to build logic precedence networks, challenge the logic proposed by other disciplines in order to optimize project and maintenance planning.
7. Shall be able to build resource activity plans, including ongoing update, change control, progress reporting, etc. Good communications skills
8. Build overall plans and schedules for the execution phase of projects, provide plans and schedules for ad-hoc construction service request, integrated maintenance plans.
9. Responsible for work activity progress reporting and regular updates of plans & schedule.
10. Work in close cooperation with company engineering & operation planning department, for engineering, construction and CSU planning.
11. Inclusive reporting, Primavera P6 entry, SAP daily service entry, and BI-weekly/Month report submissions.
12. Resources optimization / periodization in conjunction with project engineer / Construction / maintenance coordinators
13. Early warning of plan delays and proposals for mitigation to project Engineers / Construction / Maintenance co-coordinator for resolution.
14. Provide Assistance in job preparation to project Engineers.
15. B) Sales & Project Coordinator
16. MCA – Computer Science and PMP.
17. 5 years of experience in Flange Management in Tritorc – Abu Dhabi, experience in lead generation, Sales Conversion, Project execution, Client co-ordination and documentation.
18. Good in communication, Good in converting orders, maintaining data and records, and co-ordinations.
19. Responsible for Lead generation, inquiries, order conversion, project execution, Client Visit.
