Job description

Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Open Finance and Digital Asset initiatives from inception through production rollout.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics aligned to business OKRs.
• Manage multi-vendor delivery streams (FinTech, custodians, blockchain service providers).
• Chair project governance forums, risk reviews, and steering committees.
• Track regulatory dependencies (CBUAE Open Finance Framework, VARA, FSRA, ESCA) ensuring compliance.

Technical Leadership

• Partner with enterprise architects to define reference architecture for Open APIs, consent management, digital identity, and data exchange.
• Coordinate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, cloud-ready implementation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging DLT/blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Corda, Hyperledger Fabric).
• Drive proof‑of‑concepts for tokenized assets, programmable payments, and interoperability with existing core banking systems.
• Ensure adherence to internal DevSecOps, CI/CD, and model‑risk/governance processes.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as single point of contact between Business Sponsors, Technology, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Manage onboarding and oversight of third‑party technology providers, ensuring SLA adherence and contractual compliance.
• Translate technical progress into executive‑level dashboards, ensuring clear communication and escalation management.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Define and monitor key delivery KPIs (velocity, throughput, incident closure rates).
• Coordinate UAT, non‑functional testing (performance, security, resilience).
• Drive change control and release management in line with the Banks TMO standards.
