Independent is for all ambitious and people who want to advance in their careers and we are currently looking to hire an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our TA team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role:

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other required legal documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all onboarding activities, such as IT setup, access to systems, and office space arrangements, are completed timely and accurately.
  • Guide new hires through the necessary paperwork and ensure that all required documents are submitted and recorded appropriately.
  • Respond to employees' inquiries related to onboarding processes and HR policies, offering guidance and support when needed.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support in other HR related activities when required.
