Qualifications

• Prior industry experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with electronic permit-to-work systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction costs, contracts, and budgets from project initiation through to completion.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents.
• Ensure contractors comply with contractual terms.
• Review and update project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress.
