Job summary

A leading Property Management Real Estate company in Dubai is seeking an Administration Executive to support day-to-day operations. The role involves managing lease agreements, coordinating property management activities, and providing administrative support. Job description

Apt Resources is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join a leading Property Management Real Estate company in Dubai, UAE. The Administration Executive will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the property management team, focusing on administrative tasks that support the management of residential and commercial properties.

In this role, you will handle various office tasks, coordinate property management activities, and provide administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease renewals, terminations, contract signing, and tenant compliance
  • Handle Ejari registration, renewal, cancellation, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for tenants, contracts, and properties
  • Coordinate rent collection, cheque deposits, and bank report updates
  • Monitor lease expiry, rental index, and market rates
  • Ensure clearance of outstanding dues, utilities, and move-out settlements
  • Coordinate with DEWA, gas, chiller, and building management for registrations and final bills
  • Track and record utilities, service charges, and property-related expenses
  • Manage property insurance quotations and renewals
  • Handle tenant communication, follow-ups, and general administrative support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of property management processes and regulations is an advantage
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE
