Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor office supply levels, manage inventory and coordinate orders when needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, meetings and activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages and liaise with external vendors or service providers.
- Provide logistical support during employee onboarding including workspace setup and access arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment in line with company standards.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Filipino (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, and proficiency in English (B2).
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g. Microsoft Office or equivalent tools).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information.
