IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support administrative and operational functions in our construction projects in Dubai. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist project teams, and ensure smooth administrative workflow across departments.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in office administration, construction project support, and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office administration including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist with project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client/vendor inquiries
  • Support procurement, logistics, and project coordination teams
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and documentation systems
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal communications
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with office and project safety protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Clerk
  • Background in construction, engineering, or project administration preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
