Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers, including Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Nakheel, and more.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and client meetings to deal closure.

  • Provide clients with expert guidance on available projects, investment opportunities, and ROI expectations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and project launches.

  • Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors through excellent customer service and after-sales support.

  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing support to manage leads and maximize sales performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of major Dubai developers and their project portfolios.

  • Proven track record in real estate sales and a consistent performance history.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • RERA certification is preferred.
