Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers, including Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Nakheel, and more.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and client meetings to deal closure.
Provide clients with expert guidance on available projects, investment opportunities, and ROI expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and project launches.
Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors through excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Utilize CRM tools and marketing support to manage leads and maximize sales performance.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
In-depth knowledge of major Dubai developers and their project portfolios.
Proven track record in real estate sales and a consistent performance history.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
RERA certification is preferred.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
