Oenologist Consultant. We are seeking an experienced Oenologist Consultant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket. As an Oenologist Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of wine production and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of grapes, must, and wine to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide recommendations for winemaking techniques and processes to achieve desired results
• Collaborate with winemakers and vineyard managers to develop new products
• Monitor the fermentation process and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct sensory evaluations of wines to assess flavor, aroma, and overall quality
• Maintain accurate records of all oenology processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in winemaking technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Oenology or related field
• Previous experience in wine production or quality assurance preferred but not required
