Our client's office in Abu Dhabi, supports clients doing business in both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the wider MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

The Abu Dhabi office has a team of partners and associates with substantial domestic, regional and international experience in corporate, private equity, M&A, projects and finance. There are over 10 lawyers in the Abu Dhabi office currently.

You will be involved with international cross border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors including financial services, telecommunications, technology, natural resources and life sciences.

The right candidate for this role will have exceptional academics and experience working at a top tier law firm on corporate transactions. You must have experience advising on private equity and M&A deals ideally within the oil & gas or energy sectors. You will be common law qualified and have at least 5 years post qualified experience.
