Job description

Responsible of assisting, implementation and leading the development of effective nursing practice systems and processes to ensure that Nursing professional practice standards through SEHA HCFs meet internationally recognized best practice standards.

The Nursing Performance & Excellence (NPE) specialist is expected to provide subject matter expertise, facilitate, lead and oversee all Nursing departmental tasks / activities related to quality, safety and governance systems and processes and provide the essential support to the organization to plan and achieve their strategic plan.
