  • Night Operations: Supervise all departments during night hours.
  • Guest Services: Handle late check-ins/outs, room issues, and guest concerns.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor property security and manage emergency situations.
  • Reporting: Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for day staff.
  • Staff Support: Assist and support overnight staff in completing tasks.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality.
  • Prior experience in front office or hotel management.
